Lion & Sun NorCal is currently a proposed framework. We are inviting organizations, independent advocates, volunteers, and experienced community members to examine it, challenge it, identify weaknesses, and help establish it properly.

You are not being asked to agree with everything presented here. You are being invited to help improve it.

If you see a loophole, ambiguity, opportunity for abuse, unfair outcome, or unintended consequence, we want to know. The safeguards in Article VII are a good place to start.
