  • Members have their own communication and internal participation.
  • Members choose their own representatives.
  • The proposed model allows up to 3 delegates.
  • Those delegates collectively exercise 1 Council vote.
  • Delegates represent the constituency — not themselves.
  • Individuals may participate voluntarily in actions.
  • Guard e Jaavidaan does not automatically own or command volunteers.
