The Table
Lion & Sun NorCal is the shared structure participants use, not an organization above them.
In plain language
Lion & Sun NorCal is best understood as the table itself: a framework where organizations and Guard e Jaavidaan can meet, deliberate, decide, and coordinate. It is not a parent organization, owner, president, or extra vote.
Why it exists
The framework exists because Northern California already has people, organizations, skills, and willingness, but lacks a shared structure for regional coordination when collective action is needed.
How it works
Participants keep their independence while using common procedures for coalition-level communication, proposals, decisions, resources, and action. The table has no separate seat and no vote of its own.
Example
- A local organization can keep running its own campaigns while also bringing a regional proposal to the coalition table.
- The person maintaining the website does not receive governing power merely by maintaining the system.
Safeguard / limitation
No founder, organization, donor, administrator, facilitator, or personality may claim unilateral authority over the network.
